By using the RookTKO LLC (“RookTKO”) website (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing site for RookTKO and our games. Our games are sold and distributed through third-party storefronts such as Steam and itch.io. Your purchase, download, and use of a game are governed by that storefront's terms and by any license that ships with the game — not by this page.

The text, art, logos, trailers, and other content on the Site are owned by RookTKO or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except where the law allows (such as fair use) or where we've explicitly released something as open-source.

We ship our games DRM-free because we trust our players and want you to truly own your copy. Owning a DRM-free copy does not grant the right to redistribute, resell, or pirate the game — it remains copyrighted. Please support the studio so we can keep making games.

The Site and our community spaces are intended for people aged 13 and older. Individual games may carry their own age ratings on the storefronts that sell them; please check the rating before buying or playing.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RookTKO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, where RookTKO LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
