RookTKO LLC (“we,” “us”) builds games and runs this website. This site is a static marketing site. It has no accounts, no logins, and no tracking or advertising cookies. We collect essentially nothing about you, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.

Nothing that identifies you, through this website, today. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no cookie set by us for tracking. We do not sell or share personal data because we do not collect it.

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request) for security and to keep the service running. These are operational records, not a profile of you, and we do not use them to track individuals.

If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool (for example Plausible or Fathom) that measures aggregate traffic without identifying you or tracking you across sites. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.

Our pages link out to third parties such as Steam, itch.io, Discord, and our social accounts. When you follow those links, that service's own privacy policy applies — not this one. Purchases of our games happen on storefronts like Steam and itch.io, and those storefronts handle your payment and account data under their policies.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our games and community are intended for players 13 and older.

Because we don't collect personal data here, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. If you have a privacy question, email legal@rooktko.com.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above.
