Reporting infringement
RookTKO respects intellectual property and expects the same of others. If you believe content we host infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright contact at legal@rooktko.com and we'll review it promptly.
What your notice must include
To be actionable under the DMCA, your notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, phone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@rooktko.com with your contact information, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict access for users who are repeat infringers.
A note on our games
Our games are DRM-free, which we offer in good faith. Distributing copies you aren't licensed to share is still copyright infringement. If you spot our work being pirated or misrepresented, let us know at legal@rooktko.com.
